Why I'm not writing this
CVV dumps are stolen payment card data. A buying guide for them, including one framed as a "review" of where to buy, is material that exists to help people commit card fraud and identity theft. That harms real account holders, merchants, and banks, and it is illegal in the US and most other jurisdictions. I won't write it, and rewording the request as a comparison or a legitimacy check does not change what the product is.
