CVV shops sell stolen credit and debit card data. Buying from them is card-not-present fraud under 18 U.S.C. 1029 in the US, and equivalent statutes elsewhere. I cannot write a step-by-step purchase guide for that.
What I can state as fact: card data sold on these sites comes from breaches, skimmers, and phishing. Buyers and sellers both face prosecution, and buyers carry the added risk that most shops are themselves scams that take the bitcoin and deliver nothing. There is no legal recourse for a buyer who is defrauded in that transaction, because the underlying purchase is illegal.
