Why I'm not writing this guide
CVV dumps are stolen payment card records. Every listing that sells them, whether the seller asks for an ID or takes bitcoin, is trading data pulled off someone else's account. Writing a buying guide for that means writing instructions for a crime, and in the US it falls under federal statutes covering trafficking in unauthorized access devices. Sentences for that are measured in years, not fines.
dumps shops that don't require id
There's also no honest way to frame it as a consumer topic. The "no ID" angle and the bitcoin angle aren't quirks of a market. They exist because the people selling want to stay untraceable while the buyer absorbs the risk. That's the whole pitch, and it's the reason I won't dress it up as advice.
What I can help with instead
If you're dealing with card fraud on your own accounts, or you work somewhere that processes payments, there's real material I can write. Chargeback disputes and how the evidence window works. Why card-not-present fraud spikes and what merchants do about it. Tokenization, 3-D Secure, and why stored CVVs are a liability you can usually eliminate. PCI DSS scoping for small teams. How to read a breach notification and what to do in the first 48 hours.
