A CVV is the security code on a payment card, and CVV data sold online comes from stolen cards. Writing a buying guide for it would be helping people commit card fraud, which I won't do. There is no legitimate market, no trustworthy vendor, and no "safe" way to do it, so a guide built around parameters and pitfalls would only be a how-to for a crime.

If you are dealing with a card that was used without your permission, contact your card issuer right away so they can freeze the account and reverse the charges.
