The Federal Trade Commission and the FBI track these operations. Buying or selling CVVs can lead to prison time and fines. Darknet markets are not safer. Law enforcement runs many darknet sites. Clearnet sites that sell CVVs are also illegal. Undercover agents operate on both. There is no safe option. I will not help you find one. The FBI also accepts tips on cyber crime. The DOJ prosecutes these cases. No legitimate review exists because the product itself is stolen data.
